Shipping Damage


UnitPrints ships carefully packs orders in multiple layers of cardboard, plastic, and styrofoam in order to minimize any potential damage. However, should you receive a damaged print, please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Keep Everything:
    Keep all materials (including prints, boxes, packing materials) regardless of which were damaged. Please DO NOT throw anything away.
  • Email Us:
    Please send an email to us as soon as possible.
  • Resubmit with Return Authorization:
    A customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible with a Return Authorization number and any additioanl information that may be required to process your claim.
