UnitPrints strives to deliver the absolute best in quality and excellence.
If you should experience any problems or issues in any way with a UnitPrints product or service, please follow the guidelines below:
- Contact Us:
If you notice an error with your order, please contact us via e-mail as soon as possible. Please include your Name, Address, and E-mail used when placing the order.
Reprints will only be provided for the exact file originally submitted.
If a credit is requested and approved, all prints in question must be returned with proof of delivery before a refund can be issued. Please note that credits can only be applied to actual print funds. If a credit is requested on a Pro Album Order, the owner of the album must be contacted directly for any additional compensation.
- Order Cancelation:
Once an order has entered production it cannot be canceled for any reason.
